MEET BEAUTY BOSS NATASHA LIGHTNER |
“The Avon opportunity has given me a chance to do something I love on my schedule,” says Avon Beauty Boss Natasha Lightner. “I get to meet new people, make my customers happy, and earn recognition and rewards.” After working in the corporate world for 15 years, what was once a hobby for Natasha is now her full-time business. This Gold Ambassador and President’s Club seller has always loved Avon products, but when she decided to be a stay-at-home wife and mom to her two sons, she applied her hard work ethic and professional experience to a business she calls her own. Since becoming her own boss, Natasha has the work-life balance she wanted, and saves a little money on her favorite Avon skin care products. And though it’s been just 18 months since she joined, Natasha’s already thinking big. “I’m with my Avon business for the long haul,” she says. “I’m excited about the new supports and innovations, including the new Earnings Dashboard. Having a comprehensive view of my earnings is an important step in helping me manage my business.” Natasha’s business includes selling, recruiting, leading a team of 30 Representatives, and tending to her social network.
