How do you subscribe to Avon Auto-Replenish?
Joining Avon Auto-Replenish is easy! Look for the ‘Avon Auto-Replenish’ logo on the skin care Regimens above on my eStore - www.youravon.com/lshirley. After selecting a Regimen, simply selects the frequency (every 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks) you want the Regimen delivered and then add that Regimen to your shopping bag. During checkout you will need to save a credit card on file if you do not already have one saved.
What happens after your initial subscription?
You will receive an email confirming your subscription. The email will include a link to sign in and instructions on how to access the Avon Auto-Replenish page, where you can manage your preferences.
When will you be charged for your Avon Auto-Replenish orders?
Avon will place your Auto-Replenish orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. 4-7 days prior to receiving the Auto-Replenish product, Avon will send you an email reminder that the order is in process. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Avon Auto-Replenish account, such as if your credit card is about to expire, or if the product is placed on ‘Notify Me’ (in this case, the item is temporarily unavailable, but Avon will notify you when it is available for reorder).
How do you see any future delivery dates?
You will see this information in the Avon Auto-Replenish section on Avon.com > My Account. You will see a ‘Next Shipment’ date under each product you subscribed to.
How can you change how frequently a product is delivered?
You can visit the Avon Auto-Replenish section on Avon.com > My Account, where you will find details about all of your product subscriptions. You can select your desired frequency from the drop-down menu, and the ‘Next Shipment’ date will be updated accordingly to reflect this new frequency.
How can you skip a delivery?
Simply go to the Avon Auto-Replenish section on Avon.com > My Account and clicks on the ‘Skip Next Shipment’ under the credit card information. The ‘Next Shipment’ date will be updated accordingly.
Can you have different credit cards associated with each product you subscribe to?
Yes! First, you should make sure that you have more than one saved credit card. Then you will visit the Avon Auto-Replenish section on Avon.com > My Account. Under each Regimen you subscribe to, there is a credit card section. You can then select from the drop-down menu the credit card you would like to use for each Regimen.
If you wants to cancel your subscription?
To cancel, your need to go to the Avon Auto-Replenish section on Avon.com > My Account and click on ‘Discontinue Avon Auto-Replenish’ under the credit card information. Your subscription will be cancelled and will appear under the ‘Canceled Subscriptions’ section at the bottom of the page. If you want to re-subscribe, you just need to add the Regimen to your shopping bag again.
Will Avon ever cancel my Auto-Replenish subscription?
Yes, this could happen due to several reasons:
1. If Avon decides to discontinue any of the Regimens you are subscribed to. However, in this case you will receive an email notifying you of this. If Avon has a similar product that replaces the discontinued Regimen, we will include a link to this Regimen in the email so that you can subscribe to it.
2. If you change your shipping address to a territory in which Avon does not conduct business or ship products.
3. If you miss two shipments due to invalid credit card or shipping address information. In these cases we will notify you via email.
