Rooms are still available for the two main nights of RepFest: Saturday, August 5 and Sunday August 6, and may be available for select nights before and after RepFest. Both hotels report that they are very close to selling out the night before RepFest: Friday, August 4. If you receive a “sold out” message while booking a reservation, try selecting dates that do not include Friday, August 4.

| MEET BEAUTY BOSS TRACY KRUEGER |
Beauty Boss Tracy Krueger enjoyed her job as a teacher but wanted an opportunity that would give her more freedom and time to spend with her two young children. Familiar with Avon’s products and the opportunity to become a Representative, she signed up to launch her own Avon beauty business. Tracy followed the best practices of successful Avon beauty bosses and began to promote her business in-person and online.
“I feel that everyone I encounter should know that I sell Avon,” says Tracy. “I don’t miss a chance to share a brochure and I’m starting to promote my Avon online store (eStore) more, she says.” In addition to sharing her business on her Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and Google social channels, Tracy manages her personal Your Beautiful Self blog where she posts the Avon digital brochure, current product promotions, and the Avon opportunity.
For Tracy, expanding her business means growing in sales, landing new recruits and earning incentives. Promoting the KickStart incentive program has landed her twelve new recruits and one Ticket to Boss Life scratch-off reward for a $50 department store gift card. She’s also earned necklaces for her sales achievement with the Sparkle Like a Boss incentive. Tracy knows that building a successful business takes time and perseverance, and she’s jump-starting her Avon business by taking advantage of everything that offers an opportunity to promote and grow her business and team. “Even when potential customers or recruits say “no,” I’m not disappointed. It just gets me more fired up about meeting my next customer or recruiting the next Avon superstar to my team.”

Advice to new Representatives: Let everyone you know or meet know that you’re an Avon lady. You never know who is interested. Provide good customer service and you will have your customers coming back again and again. Provide samples with your brochures and follow up with those that were interested but have yet to place an order.
